Chris Eschbach, Ph.D., EP-C, CSCS

With extensive experience in both the scientific and applied aspects of wellness, weight loss, fitness, and sport performance Dr. Eschbach guides assessment and training programs to help clients succeed. 
His athletic background as a division I swimmer and professional triathlete in combination with education in applied physiology allows him to understand the needs of individuals and corporations striving to be as efficient as possible in health and performance.  The combination of practical experience and academic foundation brings together the science of exercise with the art of training.
